Flere potensielle republikanske 2016-kandidater talte på den første dagen av Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) torsdag. New Jersey-guvernør Chris Chritstie, som ikke ble invitert i fjor, var en av dem.
Christie, som sliter med broskandalen hjemme i New Jersey og som fortsatt sees på med skepsis av mange republikanere på grunn av Sandy-støtten til Obama i 2012, ble godt mottatt.
Han brukte tiden til å snakke om at republikanerne må snakke om egne ideer og det de er for, og ikke bare om det de er i mot.
